ORDINANCE NO. 5/2010 The Brenner Motorway decrees the following PROHIBITION OF HGV TRAFFIC Prohibition of traffic for special vehicles or for vehicles designed for special transports: - from 8am to 12pm on Friday, 2nd April 2010; - from Sunday, 4th April 2010 10pm to Monday, 5th April 2010 6am; - from 2pm to 10pm on Tuesday, 6th April 2010; - from 8am to 12pm on Friday, 30th April 2010; - from 12pm to 2pm on Monday, 3th May 2010; - from Thursday, 13th May 2010 00am to Friday, 14th May 2010 12pm; - from Sunday, 23rd May 2010 10pm to Monday, 24th May 2010 6am; - from 12pm to 12am on Monday, 24th May 2010; - from 00am to 7am Uhr on Wednesday, 2nd June 2010; - from 00am to 12am on Thursday, 3rd June 2010; - from 6am to 12pm on Friday 4th June 2010; - from 00am to 6am on Monday, 5th July 2010; - from 00am to 6th on Monday, 2nd August 2010; - from 00am to 6th on Monday, 16th August 2010; - from 00am to 6th on Monday, 30th August 2010; - from Tuesday, 7th December 2010 6am to Wednesday, 8th December 2010 8am; with the exception of construction machinery operating in accordance with weight restrictions prescribed pursuant to Art. 10 Paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree No. 285 of 30th April 1992 and subsequent limitations imposed. All authorised agents and police officers named in Art. 12 of the New Highway Code are obliged to ensure compliance with this prohibition of traffic.
